1. Product warranty conditions

– The product warranty period is determined by the manufacturer of the product from the time of purchase (the device is intact, with box and stamp).

– The product is defective due to the manufacturer. The product is still under warranty.

– Logitech warrants products within the warranty period that meet the following conditions:

Scope of application: Products distributed within the territory of Vietnam by Logitech’s designated distributor.

Warranty regulations: The 1-for-1 warranty policy applies to the exchange or exchange of products with the same configuration, new equivalent to the warranty product provided by Logitech’s distributor.

Genuine products with Logitech’s distributor stamp in Vietnam.

2. Conditions for non-warranty of products

– The warranty card is erased, the type and serial number on the product and the card do not match.

– Accident, abuse, misuse, or unauthorized repair or disassembly of the product.

– Unauthorized disassembly that changes the product’s operating structure.

– Improper use or maintenance, not in accordance with the product instructions, or connection to an inappropriate power source.

– Use of consumable accessories, such as batteries, not supplied by Logitech unless such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

– Loss of original accessories supplied by the Company.

– Normal wear and tear. In no event shall this warranty cover replacement or compensation for electronic devices or personal property other than the Company.

– The barcode number, serial number on the device cannot be identified or the information label is missing.

– The device is damaged due to mechanical impact, deformation (folded wire, twisted wire), falling, breaking, impact, scratching, damage due to moisture, rust, water leakage, animal intrusion, natural disasters, fire, incorrect voltage usage, explosion or human damage.

3. Warranty form

– Send by express delivery, postal items.

– Directly at AZ Technology Company.
