To ensure customer benefits, we have the following return policy:
You can return or exchange products within 7 days from the date of receipt for products ordered at az-technology.vn. Products to be returned or exchanged must not show signs of use, must not have been repaired, and must still have original labels, tags, and packaging intact (except in cases where the product is defective or damaged during transportation).
In addition, to make a return, the customer must still keep the purchase invoice. The return process is carried out when the package is returned to the warehouse. We will take the next steps to check the product quality and proceed to exchange/return the goods or refund according to your request.

1. Cases accepted for return:
All equipment purchased from the company below can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt. We only accept returns for products in original condition, with purchase invoice & unused products, including:
– Still in original packaging and packaging is not dented or torn.
– Complete parts, details, accessories.
– Warranty stamps/cards, brand stamps, technical instructions and accompanying gifts (if any) etc. must be complete and intact.
– No data in the product with storage device.
– Not dirty, scratched, broken, damaged, has strange smell or signs of washing or use.
– In case of loss, damage or loss of goods during transportation: Loss during transportation is only the case of moisture, water seepage, breakage, damage, breakage… during transportation, through inspection by az-technology.vn (during the inspection process, confirmation from the shipping staff or images provided by you may be required so that the Company can verify quickly and accurately), we will exchange or return the product unconditionally.
2. Cases of refusal to return:
– The product is past the exchange period (the specific time is specified above).
– Damage occurs in some cases of force majeure such as: flood, fire, earthquake, lightning strike.
We will refund to Customers if the products and equipment sold are not as advertised on the Website:
– No longer new – used.
– No original tags.
– Out of warranty.
– Unusable.
– Not genuine.
– Design not as advertised.
